the location proved quite convenient. it was very close to the metro station, providing easy access to various areas. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. they were available 24 hours at the reception.

the stairs were quite narrow. they also seemed unfinished. i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. the walls were paper thin. the bathroom lacked an enclosure box, so the entire toilet area got wet after showering.

the room was super clean and it was quiet. the staff seemed very nice and cute. i also appreciated i could leave my luggage in the morning prior to the check in time at 16:00. i could also leave it after check out until evening.

the staircase was quite narrow and i found there was no tea or milk available in the room. it could be better if a small selection of refreshments was available for the guest upon arrival. this would enhance the welcome.

The AC unit worked very efficiently during the summer heat. The bed offered good comfort. I slept soundly throughout my stay. Staff members were helpful (with directions to local restaurants) and polite.

The stairs were narrow and steep. It was somewhat difficult to carry luggage up to my room.

The air conditioning was AMAZING during the summer heat! It kept us at a really comfortable temperature. The bed was super comfortable, and we both slept very well!!!

We stayed on the second floor, and the stairs to our room were steep and narrow. The room was serviced daily, but sometimes the cleaner came around 4-5pm, not convenient.
